Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh is a famous Indian actor born on the 17th of October 1992. The majority of her films are in Tamil or Telugu and Telugu, however, she has a role in some Malayalam films. The actress was awarded the National Film Awards' Best Actress award for portraying Savitri as the lead actress in the Telugu Film Mahanati (2018). In addition, she received a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar is the daughter of producer of film G. Suresh Kumar, and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her early career was as a children's actress. Later, after studying the field of Fashion Design, she returned to acting. She had her first lead role in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began her very first Malayalam projects and also started working with Tamil in parallel. Her first film release came in A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu, though the film did not perform well in the theater. In order to accommodate bigger projects because of her busy schedule, she opted to not participate in certain films that she began to work on. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romantic comedy) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She then worked in Rajini Murugan's Remo and Remo in two film. Also, Dhanush and she played as the main characters for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. But, the movie has been delayed since 2015, with reports of release after September in 2020, under the new title Janakitho Nenu. In the year 2016 Nenu Sailaja with Ram Pothineni, was her debut.
